An evening of Scotch, cigars & cinema. Join us at 1930 Cigar Bar for a special movie night celebrating the unmistakable character of Laphroaig and legendary actor Willem Dafoe. Settle in with fresh popcorn and enjoy Willem Dafoe films throughout the evening while exploring a selection of Laphroaig’s iconic Islay single malts.
🥃 FEATURING: WILLEM BY WILLEM
Be among the guests to experience Laphroaig’s extremely limited Willem by Willem 14-Year-Old Islay Single Malt. Finished in Oloroso sherry casks, this special release was personally selected by Willem Dafoe alongside Laphroaig Senior Whisky Blender Sarah Dowling. And in true Dafoe fashion, they did things a little differently. Inspired by the filmmaking phrase “no notes,” Willem selected the whisky without tasting notes, guidance or expectations—relying entirely on instinct. The result is a bold and complex Laphroaig with deep peat smoke, sea salt, spice and soft sweetness, leading into a long, smoky finish.
Your evening includes:
🥃 Welcome Laphroaig cocktail
🥃 Tasting of several Laphroaig expressions
